My friend showed me this walk on Paston Way when we were out with our dogs. She told me it would be full of bluebells and I've been waiting to paint it in it's prime. It was cloudy and the ground looked very flat in the shade but I was taken by the variety of fresh greens glowing in the distance. I think I gave too much attention to the trees and lost sight of what I'd gone to capture. If you know this walk off Mundesley Road you'll see the footpath to Northrepps to the left of the painting. I managed to take some photos on a brighter day so I'm going to make a studio painting.
